Period before departure - Cancellation Charge

More than 35 days - Deposit only

More than 28 days - 60% of holiday cost

More than 14 days - 80% of holiday cost

14 days or less - 100% of holiday cost

 

Name changes

 

Another option is to find someone to take your place and carry out a name change. If you’re looking for someone, we would recommend posting on the wall of the trip event on facebook.
