Coaches

Return executive coach travel to and from the UK is included in the base price. Coaches leave the UK on the 3rd, arriving in resort on the 4th. Coaches leave resort on the 11th, and arrive back in the UK on the 12th right in time for an early night before uni starts! Exact locations will be available on your e-ticket 2-3 weeks before departure, or from your group leader. The pick-up and drop-off points as standard are Edinburgh, London, and Dover.

Flights and Transfers

There will also be a limited number of return flight packages available on the booking form (Geneva - Luton) which include transfers. There is also an option to book transfers through us if you are booking your own flight(s):

Outbound transfers (4th January)

16:30

Loading at 16:30, arriving to resort around 20:50. We advise flights which land no later than 15:45 in order to give you chance to clear immigration and collect your baggage.

Loading at 21:45, arriving to resort around 02:00. We advise flights which land no later than 21:00 in order to give you chance to clear immigration and collect your baggage.

 

Inbound transfers (11th January)

Departing resort around 03:00, arriving at Geneva by 07:00. We advise booking flights no earlier than 09:00.

Departing resort around 09:00, arriving at Geneva by 13:00. We advise booking flights no earlier than 15:00.

 

Own transport

There is a reduction of £60 off the base price for organising your own transport for both legs. Note that there is no reduction for passengers choosing to travel in only one direction by coach; that empty seat still has to make its way across France in the other direction!
